UK prevails against Vandy on Saturday night. John Clay from the Lexington Herald-Leader reports before the college game-day which was at Vandy Saturday, apparently the UK fans in attendance were told to behave by host Digger Phelps.
Digger these fans had drove hundreds of miles to show support for their big blue, they deserve your respect. If you have a public forum you cant tell one faction to loud and boisterous and the other faction to sit on their hands and be quite.

IF anyone is interested in a great book about the Renaissance, I recommend reading a book by William Manchester. A World Lit Only by Fire. This reading is a real eye opener about the time period even if history isn't your forte.

Super Bowl XVLI

The New York Giants have just defeated the New England Patriots in one of the most action packed exciting Super Bowl games in recent history.  This was a repeat of two teams that played in the 2007 Super Bowl and once again the Giants prevailed as the Super Bowl champions.
